In 3x3 Eggs, you sneak up on giant guardians while they sleep. Grab an egg and run! The guardian wakes up and chases you. Can you get back to your pen in time?

Every egg hatches into an animal. There are more than 100 animals to collect, from common to super rare. Your animals earn coins, and coins make you faster. With more speed you unlock two worlds with 18 biomes, from a quiet forest to a space station.

To hatch, buy and upgrade, you answer quick times tables questions. The questions adapt to what you still need to practice. That makes 3x3 Eggs a fun educational game for elementary school kids. Play with classmates in a private room, at home or in the classroom, on a computer, Chromebook, tablet or phone.

How to play 3x3 Eggs

Sneak up to a nest and grab an egg. Run back to your pen as fast as you can. Answer the times tables question to hatch your egg.

  • Move: WASD keys, or the joystick on a tablet
  • Jump: Space bar or the jump button
  • Steal, hatch and buy: E key or the action button
  • Look around: drag with the right mouse button or use the arrow keys

What kids learn

3x3 Eggs helps kids learn the multiplication facts by heart. They answer many quick questions, so the facts start to stick. The game repeats the facts they get wrong, just like a good teacher would. It fits well with 2nd to 4th grade math. Teachers can use it as a warm-up at the start of a lesson or as a reward at the end.
